I am a widely experienced, conscientious, reliable and hardworking individual with a passion and flare for food. I am naturally creative and have enjoyed many years as Food Editor for several magazines, creating recipes and food styling for still life food shoots and videos.
I have written several cookery books and work closely with Advertisement and PR agencies styling food for packaging and advertising campaigns.
I pride myself in developing innovative, realistic and achievable recipes. I pay every attention to detail and give full commitment in all aspects of my work.
My ability to interact with others means I lead a very full and rewarding working career. I am happy to work in a team environment but am also capable of using my own initiative to get on with projects on my own.
